The need of the children would be to live together with their mother.
The Social services has forcibly removed my two sons, William and Christian, and separated them in two different foster homes.
I'm worried about the well-being of William in the foster home. He is a sensitive child, who has difficulties in handling his feelings, which has resulted in aggressive and explosive behavior. Preschool-staff and other people in his vicinity have brought attention to his behavior, which could be symptoms of neuropsychiatric disorder like ADHD. I´ve reached out for assistance, but have received no replies. We are in need of the tools to handle, yet we have received no help whatsoever. The Preschool does not have the resources that he needs. Williams' explosive side has made his Preschool classmates afraid of him. He does his utmost to control his behaviors, but doesn´t manage it and is filled with sadness and regrets. A five year old shouldn't have to feel like he doesn't want to live any longer because the other preschoolers don't want to play with him, which is a societal failure. In his foster home he seems anxious, afraid and ignored. A few months doesn't seem like a long time but for a child this is an eternity. During this time a child could get scared for life.
Christian has also been taken because of Williams' struggles. So Christian is not allowed to come home to his mother because William being unwell is extremely unfair to Christian. They are two completely separate individuals. Christian has now also been victimized and separated from his mother. There are several eligible relatives that could take care of him so there are no reason at all why Christian should have been removed from his home and brought to a foster home.
I, Tamar Magradze, the mother, are aware of the situation.
I have made contact with physicians to get the support needed. I have asked the social services for help. I have asked “familjestöd”. I have made proposals to get relief and other concrete solutions. However the Social services just took the kids to 2 different foster homes without providing any solutions or support.
The Social Services have acted against the United Nations, Universal declaration of Humans Rights:
Article 5: No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
And also the Convention on the Rights of the Child:
Article 9: States Parties shall ensure that a child shall not be separated from his or her parents against their will, except when such separation is necessary for the best interests of the child.
Article 10. The child has the right of reunification with their family in case of seperations.
These actions of the Social Services have inflicted cruel, inhumane, humiliating and psychological torture upon our family.
It would be in the best interest of the children to live in their own home together with their mother, brother and grandmother.
