Rädda Fadil Fadil! Rescue Fadil Fadil!

19 juni greps Fadil Fadil i Sundsvall och togs till förvaret i Gävle. Han kommer från Kamerun och har befunnit sig i Sverige i fyra månader. Fadil Fadil är homosexuell och eftersom familjen misstänkte detta tvingades han till samlag med en kvinna, som blev gravid. När han blev påkommen i sin fortsatta kontakt med pojkvännen misshandlades han och hotades till livet varpå han flydde. Mamman till hans barn med befinner sig i nuläget också i Sverige, hon kom hit via Belgien, och därför anses också Fadil Fadil vara ett Dublinfall!, trots att han kom direkt till Sverige från Kamerun, och trots att det inte finns några juridiska dokument som bekräftar något bindande förhållande dem emellan. Dessutom har de aldrig levt tillsammans.

Vi kräver att Fadil Fadils fall bedöms individuellt och att Migrationsverket tar hänsyn till de speciella omständigheter som lett till Fadil Fadils olyckliga situation.

Att bedöma Fadil Fadil som ett Dublinfall på grund av en relation som från början var till för att förtrycka honom och hans sexualitet, och därefter låsa in honom och utsätta honom för ytterligare kränkningar och otrygghet samt risken att skickas tillbaka till Kamerun, där hans liv är i fara, är ett övergrepp som inte går att motivera varken rättsligt eller moraliskt.

June 19 was Fadil Fadil arrested in Sundsvall and taken to the detention center in Gävle. He is from Cameroon and has been in Sweden for four months. Fadil Fadil is gay and because the family suspected that he was, they forced him to have intercourse with a woman, who became pregnant. When he was caught in his continued contact with his boyfriend, he was beaten and threatened to death after which he fled. The mother of his child is at present also in Sweden, she came here from Belgium, and therefore is also Fadil Fadil considered to be a Dublin case! - even though he came straight to Sweden from Cameroon, and even though there are no legal documents that confirms any binding relationship between them. Moreover, they have never lived together.

We demand that Fadil Fadils case is judged individually and that the Migration Board takes into consideration the special circumstances that led to Fadil Fadils unfortunate situation.

Assessing Fadil Fadil as a Dublin case because of a relationship that initially was designed to oppress him and his sexuality, and then lock him up and put him to further violations and insecurity and risk being sent back to Cameroon, where his life is in danger, is an abuse that can not substantiate either legally or morally.
