Ett 18 månaders kontrakt för unga postdoktorer är inte realistiskt. Sverige kommer att neka intelligenta, utbildade och mycket användbara invånare permanent boende, vilket innebär att de kommer att spendera mycket värdefull tid och uppleva stress eftersom de måste förlänga sitt uppehållstillstånd mycket ofta.
