Constaterende dat
- Radio 10 op 6 februari 2020 een zeer discriminerend en inhumaan lied heeft uitgezonden, dat in strijd is met de inhoud van de wet groepsbelediging in artikel 137c van het strafrecht.
- Het coronavirus moeten we samen weerstaan. Radio 10 heeft onze gevoelens gekwetst, vooral die van Aziaten en in het bijzonder mensen van Chinese afkomt die in Nederland wonen,werken en studeren evenals autochtonen mensen met een Aziatische achtergrond.
- Nederland is een open, democratisch en vrij land. In Nederland moeten en mogen we geen enkele vorm van discriminatie op grond van ras, geslacht, seksuele geaardheid, religie tolereren.

Wij verzoeken het kabinet en de minister van Binnenlandse Zaken en Koninkrijksrelaties publiekelijk afstand te nemen van racisme.

Wij verzoeken Radio 10 om zich publiekelijk te verontschuldigen en virologen uit te nodigen om de kennis over het Coronavirus onder alle Nederlanders te verspreiden en hoe we het Coronavirus op een juiste manier kunnen voorkomen. We zijn geen virussen, we zijn je klasgenoten, je buren, je werkpartners.

En samen staan wij sterk!

Radio10 heeft een racistische lied uitgezonden via de radio tijdens het programma Laat met Lex (Lex Gaarthuis). Het is begonnen met een anonieme inbeller die al racistisch begon en dit was de aanleiding om een racistische lied te draaien. Dit is teleurstellend en zeer kwetsend voor de Chinezen maar ook de Nederlandse Chinezen. Graag wil ik dat er actie ondernomen gaat worden.

我们是你的同事，同学，你的邻居，我们是在荷兰居住的人民，我们反对任何形式的种族/居民人群的歧视。

根据以下：
- 10号广播电台在2020年2月6日播放了一首严重歧视以及其实不人道的歌曲，这涉嫌了刑法第137c条中的群众侮辱罪。
- 冠状病毒是全世界所有人都必须共同抵抗的疫情，10号广播电台严重损害了我们所有人的感情，尤其是在荷兰工作和学习生活的所有亚洲人特别是中国人，以及在这里土生土长的有亚洲面孔的荷兰人。
- 荷兰是一个开放，民主和自由的国家，在荷兰，我们不能容忍任何基于种族，性别，性取向或宗教的歧视。

所以，
- 我们要求荷兰内阁以及内政和国务关系部长公开发表杜绝种族主义的公函/发言。
- 我们要求10号广播电台向公众道歉，并邀请病毒学家来接受参访，向公众传达正确防疫知识。我们不是病毒，我们是你的同学 ，您的邻居，您的工作伙伴。
