Ny simhall med rehabpool, eller renovering av den gamla? New swimming pool?

Borås byggde ny simanläggning för 54 miljoner och Helsingborgs 25 meters bassäng med läktare kostade 53 miljoner. Det är några år sedan.

Enligt bland annat Hallands nyheter (http://www.hn.se/nyheter/varberg/simhallsbygge-blev-billigare-p%C3%A5-andra-h%C3%A5ll-1.3280696)  finns erfatenheten att simhallar i Sverige har en livslängd på ca 40 år i bästa fall. 

Älmhults simhall är nästan 50 år och har i dagsläget stora brister som behöver åtgärdas. Krasst så vet vi inte hur länge den håller.

Älmhults kommun har anslagit 40 miljoner kronor i budgeten för att renovera simhallen, med en 25 m lång "plåtbalja" och även en rehabpool och nya omklädningsrum skulle ingå.

Prislappen på detta: 75 miljoner. Kommunen vill banta sitt förslag och i nuläget blir det enbart en "plåtbalja" där  nuvarande  barnpool tas bort, kostnad 40 miljoner. I detta vet vi inte heller om simhallen får mått så den är möjlig att tävla i, något som Älmhults simsällskap jobbar för. 

Bland annat NCC har kostnadsförslag på att bygga ny simhall. Då ingår även garantier. En ny simhall kommer att kosta 60-80 miljoner beroende på vad som kommunen vill ska ingå. 

Frågan i nuläget är: Renovera simhallen för 40 miljoner eller bygga nytt? Vi vet ju inte hur själva konstruktionen av nuvarande byggnad är, och vilka kostnader som tillkommer under en renovering.

Älmhult's swimming pool is almost 50 years old and currently has major shortcomings that have to be made. We do not know how long it lasts.

Älmhult municipality has allocated a budget of SEK 40 million to renovate the swimming pool, with a pool side of steel sheet and a rehab pool and new changing room.

The price tag of this: 75 million. The municipality does not have enough money and at present the municipality is losing its proposal and at the moment it is only renovated swimming pool and other things. We also do not know if the swimming pool is allowed so that it is possible to compete in something that Älmhults simsällskap is working for.

Among other things, NCC has cost proposals for building a new swimming pool. This also includes guarantees. A new swimming pool will cost 60-80 million depending on what the municipality wants to be included.

The question at the moment is: Renovate the swimming pool or build new? We do not know how the construction of the current building is, and what costs are incurred during a renovation.
