FRISK KVINNA TILL PSYKIATRISK VÅRD? STOPPA DETTA GROVA ÖVERGREPP!

Utsatt av Socialtjänsten,LVU på sin dotter, grov kräkning, grovt övergrepp på psykiatrin, falsk anklagad, diskriminerad mot etnicitet/religion, olagligt frihetsberövad, förtal och flera händelser som inte ägt rum.

Myndigheterna har brutit mot lagen och gått över gränsen mot mänskliga rättigheter.

HUR ÄR DET MÖJLIGT! 

Om den här kvinnan kan bli anonymt anmäld för ett misstänkt brott som är inte sann och blir tvångsvårdad som frisk, då är det detta allvarliga att flera oskyldiga kan sitta inne låst och bli medicinerade utan deras samtycke och de gör våldtäkt mot deras vilja.
Och läkare kan skriva flera diagnoser utan riktiga utredningar.

Socialsekreterarna som saknar kompetens har ställt till det för henne med att skriva på pappret om medicinering INNAN en läkare bedömt det. När blev de läkare, psykolog och författare.

De såg till att Phawinee skulle komma till kontoret för att hon skulle ha nytt intyg för att få bistånd och då fick hon gå till Specialläkare på Näl Psykiatri och läkaren erbjöd medicin trots hon inte ville ha. 

Phawinee har intyg på röntgen på huvudet och intyg på blodprover och hon är fullt frisk.

Det var sen polisen plockade henne på gatan och kördes till låst avdelning och där skulle de tvinga i henne medicin trots hon är FRISK.

Då kördes hon till Brinkåsen till annan läkare som beordrade fasthållning och injiceringar i 5 dagar i rad på baken.

Tack vare en ängel som fanns på plats inne i den låsta avdelningen som ville vara anonym och skickade ett brev till Domstolen.

Så hon fick DOMSBEVIS!

Hon fick domsbevis att inte tas in på psykiatrin igen!

 Nu har de sett till att hon ska åka in igen på RÄTTSPYKIATRI UTAN SÄRSKILDA UTSKRIVNINGSMÖJLIGHETER.

Sannigen är att Socialsekreterarna har kört henne dit utan vårdintyg första gången utan samtycke och vilja.

FRISK KVINNA DÖMD TILL PSYKIATRISK VÅRD!



Vi har tidigare berättat om Phawinee Tomsson, som fått sin dotter tvångsomhändertaget av Socialtjänsten i Vänersborg på utan grunder, och förtvivlat försökt få tillbaka henne, utan att känna till vår Svenska Kultur, och vårt språk så bra.
Hon har inte vetat hur hon skall agera, eftersom hon varken har erfarenhet eller kunskap om hur systemet fungerar här, så därför har hon gjort så gott hon kan.

Detta har lett till att hon blev åtalad för sk "olaglig förföljelse" av sin egen dotter, och att man har gripit henne flera gånger, och tvingat in henne, -en helt frisk människa- på tvångsvård, och gett henne mängder med injektioner!

Nu är hon beslutad av Varbergs Tingsrätt till låst rättspsykiatrisk vård UTAN särskild utskrivningsprövning.
Nu är det bråttom NU har de verkligen kränkt hennes intrigitet! Låt oss STOPPA att de ska låsa in mamman som är OSKYLDIG på låst rättspsykiatrisk vård utan särskild utskrivningsprövning! , bara för att hon vill ha hem sin dotter!

Vi i RFTS reagerar starkt på detta brott mot dom Mänskliga Rättigheterna, och kräver nu att domen rivs upp, och att hon frikänns!

Phawinee Tomsson har inte begått något annat brott än älskat sin dotter, och inte vetat hur hon skulle få hem henne, trots att alla anklagelser mot henne i Rätten tidigare ogillats av både Tingsrätten och Hovrätten.

Phawinee Tomsson utsätts just nu för ett rejält Justitiemord, bara för att man vill kvarhålla hennes dotter hos Fosterfamiljen, som vill tjäna pengar på henne!
Dottern erkänner själv att allt bara är lögner och ljug från Socialtjänstens sida, ändå så fortsätter dom att försöka få in Phawinee på tvångsvård, så att dom skall droga ner henne med fler injektioner, och mer kemikalier!

Detta är ren rasism, ett fruktansvärt rättsövergrepp av sällan skådat slag!
Phawinee Tomsson är helt oskyldig, hon har inte begått något brott, hon kommer från en helt annan kultur, och förstår inte Svenska lagar mm,

Att droga ner och tvinga på injektioner på en helt frisk människa, som aldrig tidigare haft problem med vare sig polisen eller socialtjänsten, måste anses vara så makabert det bara går att bli!

Vi kräver att Domen mot Phawinee Tomsson omedelbart rivs upp, och att hennes dotter lämnas tillbaka till henne omedelbart!
Det är inte okej att sätta in fullt friska människor på tvångsvård, och droga ner dom!
Det är sånt som man gjorde i Sovjetunionen och i Nazityskland!
Inget man skall syssla med i Sverige 2015!!

Emma Thomsson was illegaly taken from her mother because someone did a false report.
Phawinee Emma's mother, lost her child on false grounds accused and persecuted by the Swedish Social Services who refuses to give her daughter back after the mother won both the District Court and the Highest Court of Appeals.

The unbelievable STORY OF PHAWINEE THOMSSON and her daughter EMMA THOMSSON!

All started when Phawinee Thomsson searched a job as a hairdresser. The woman who worked in the hair salon was fired because she stole the cash register. Phawinee applied and got the job instead. That made this woman angry, who swore revenge.
She made an anonymous report to the social services that Phawinee among other things slaps her daughter and beat her with a hanger. She fabricated a worst class hoax , which cost Phawinee her daughter.

The social services acted quickly, and immediately took Phawinee's daughter Emma to the police for interrogation. In this interrogation, neither the mother nor a lawyer were present, only the social services and the police. They pressed and stressed Phawinee’s daughter Emma to say things under pressure, constructing in that way a great hoax of lies.
Poor Emma, ​​protested and said that was not true, her mother doesn’t beat her and she wants to go home to her mother. But her pledge was without success.

Emma was meant to enter the child trafficking industry, so be it. To truly crush Phwainee, they reported and accused her to the police. Suddenly a great bunch of people consisting of Emma’s principal, school friends, health professionals, etc., went against Phawinee, who did not understand anything. She has some troubles understanding and speaking the Swedish language, so she stood along without knowing why they wanted to take her daughter.

Social services in Vanersborg, crumbled her , this was a particularly easy target to go after. They ganged up together against her, and began to overwhelm her with accusations. Just imagine what if that had happened to us, if were immigrants in China, unable to understand neither the social system nor the language. So it was for Phawinee. She did not understand what was going on. Now everything was on the run.

Suddenly all stood as one big vicious hop towards her. She was alleged with accusations after accusations. That was an adult bullying against a diligent woman, who never had with either the police or Social Services to do before.

Phawinee was charged with the allegation of assaulting her daughter. However she was released as the court found out that the whole case was a mess of insults and accusations that didn't agree with each other!
All allegations were consisting of false accusations, and personal opinions.
Phawinee was released by the District court. The Social became now even more furious, as they had just decided to take Emma away from her mother. They appealed to the highest Court ! -
Phawinee is released one more time !! Straight ahead from the Highest Court as it was obvious that there was no ground to the false accusations that were charged on hed by the Social services.

It was clear now that they wanted to take away her daughter from her.
Phawinee has been released both by the District Court and the Highest Court of Appeal!.
Meanwhile, her daughter Emma is filming herself saying that everything is just a lie, her mother did not hit her. That everything is just a Social Services fabrication.

Phawinee was happy that she won, but did not understand why she didn’t get her daughter back home, when she had won the case. We have our suspicions anyway, responded the Social Services. Phawinee became desperate, panicked and did not know what she would do. One day, she was on the way to the main train station in Vanersborg, and saw when she walked in the street, the Social manager from the window inside an apartment. Phawinee did not understand that she was doing something inappropriate, so she rang the doorbell, and asked why her daughter didn’t come home, when she won the case.

The Social manager called the police who came and arrested Phawinee, and held her arrested overnight until the next day. Phawinee was shocked and devastated by this, there was no one who could supported her and helped her, panicked over everything that was happening. One day she sat on the train and went to school, where her daughter went, in order to talk with the headmaster, and explain to him that she won in both the district court and court of appeal, and wondered why her daughter was not coming home She was not allowed to meet with the headmaster, so she headed towards the train station, and sat on a bench.

Suddenly the foster father appeared scolding and shouting at her from the car window:
We will just make sure that you go to jail !! You should be in jail! He roared! Those were no empty words, for later on the police showed up and grabbed her again, and drove her to the psychiatric clinic, where they locked Pawnee for several weeks, giving her injections again and again. Phawinee do not remember how many injections she received, but there were many during these weeks, injections every day. Why? Just because she wanted to have her daughter home, and did not understand why she did not get her home, even though she was released in both the District court and Highest court of appeal. Now Pawinee is being charged again, appearing in the court on the 18 and 19 of May , for having "persecuted" her own daughter.

They say that she is mentally ill, just because she is struggling to bring her child back without really understand our culture and how society works in Sweden, compared to Thailand, where she comes from. Pawinee’s daughter denies that her mother has ever beaten her, there is no evidence for this. Emmas is being abused in the foster cares homes that she changes the one after the other. Phawinee arrested by police a total of 4 times and no longer dares to ride the bus, or hardly even turn out, for fear that once again she will be arrested and accused of being mentally ill.

She lost her job, because everything that happened, and has been denied any economic support from Social Services because she did not "completed their treatment for her Mental illness ", which she never had". Phawinee is now hiding on a secret place, terrified of social services and the police, and no longer dare to be in her home. Everything she wants is to get her daughter home. She is wondering why that hasn’t happened yet,
even though she won in both the District court and court of appeal against all false accusations she has been exposed to!

On May the 18th she will return again to the District Court, charged with "Unlawful Persecution" of her own daughter. How sick this society has really become? The National Association against force placement of children in Sweden, (RFTS), refuses to accept this madness! We support Phawinee Tomsson and her daughter Emma Tomsson 100%!
